Our founders fell in love with the craft of baking and dreamed of creating a space where every visitor feels the comfort of home and the excitement of discovering something new. That dream became our daily practice: hand-kneading dough, slow-fermenting sourdough, and piping delicate pastries with the same care our grandparents showed.
